- Daily Living Support: Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation, and appointments when needed
- Skill Development: Help individuals work toward personalized goals in areas such as budgeting, meal planning, hygiene, and communication
- Case Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams to track goals, provide feedback, and create recreational opportunities
- Community Engagement: Encourage participation in activities like movies, shopping, crafts, fitness, and outings—bring your creativity!
- Promote Independence: Coach and support individuals in real-life situations to foster self-reliance in both residential and community settings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- No prior experience needed — we provide all training
