Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our Executive Support Team. This role provides white-glove technology support for executive leadership and high-profile users, ensuring business continuity and productivity at the highest levels of the organization. You will leverage advanced technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and discretion to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Technology Delivery

  • Manage software delivery and releases into production in a distributed environment.
  • Execute proper installations and operations of new software components and applications.
  • Perform large-scale targeted software distributions.

Advanced Technical Troubleshooting & Tier 3 Support

  • Resolve complex desktop, laptop, and client device issues, including executive-level escalations.
  • Support a wide range of technologies: Windows, Mac, mobile devices, remote access, conferencing tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user tools consistently and efficiently.

Executive Support & White-Glove Service

  • Provide rapid response and personalized support for C-level and VIP users.
  • Handle sensitive information and urgent requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure business continuity and security compliance at all times.

Project Leadership & Prioritization

  • Lead or coordinate IT projects (e.g., office moves, hardware/software rollouts) with minimal supervision.
  • Manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Train, mentor, and support members of the IT support team.

Communication & Documentation

  • Communicate effectively with executives and high-profile users, both verbally and in writing.
  • Document technical issues and solutions clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 4–6 years of IT experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, and enterprise business solutions software.
  • Experience leading teams and completing projects successfully.
  • Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and customer service skills.
