We are seeking an established leader to join our high-performing practice, where you will use your unique skills, talents, values and expertise in taxation to achieve great things.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Building the Rehmann brand and being a Face of the Firm 
• Leading activities to grow the firm and generate business with new clients
• Identifying opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists to existing clients

Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• 10+ years of relevant taxation experience in public accounting or industry
• CPA license required; MST a plus
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Track record of developing new business and leveraging trusted relationships
• Commitment to developing deep and meaningful relationships in the business community
• Track record of developing profitable, sustainable client relationships
• Proven technical acumen for complex tax planning that positions clients for growth
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Strongest elements of executive leadership
• Highly respected people leader – ability to inspire others to follow
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
