What You’ll Do

Remove raw product from bags, as well as conduct an initial inspection and product separation.

Grade cheese for out of range piece size and general appearance; remove non-conformities and complete piece weight charting.

Inspect finished product bags for torn or open seals; assure an accurate bag count per case.

Use a scale to measure piece, bag and carton weight.

Understand quality requirements related to the bag weight and packaged case weight of finished product.

Demonstrate requirements related to food safety and product contamination prevention, and consistently follow those requirements.

 

What You’ll Bring:

Must be able to manually lift up to 20-40 lbs. on a regular basis

Some basic math skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with others

Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work in some areas that are maintained at 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
