Facilities Specialist - Carpentry (1st Shift)

Job Description

• Maintain the buildings and campus so they visually appear and function in a quality manner
• Complete all work in a timely manner according to the clients’ requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Strong construction and building skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Experience in demolition, hanging drywall, installing cabnets and countertops, Installing carpet, or Installing doors and windows. 
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years related experience in electrical field
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with additional hours, as needed.  Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encourage to apply.
