URBN Accounts Payable Representative

Role Summary

URBN is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative who will be responsible for processing of accounts payable documents including vendor invoices and communicating with vendors and resolving their issues

Role Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner with company policy and guidelines
• Answer vendor emails and research payment issues
• Communicate any unresolved issues to supervisory personnel on a timely basis

Role Qualifications

• Current knowledge of and the ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles, standards and procedures
• Approximately 2-3 years related experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate across organization and with vendors
• Must have basic computer skills
