The RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our ZenBusiness Banking team, our fastest-growing product at ZenBusiness. You will take direct ownership of the product roadmap planning and execution under the guidance and mentorship of our Principal Product Manager. You'll work with ZenBusiness Banking team and other product groups to offer a one-stop shop for customers' financial needs.

The RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our ZenBusiness Banking team, our fastest-growing product at ZenBusiness. You will take direct ownership of the product roadmap planning and execution under the guidance and mentorship of our Principal Product Manager. You'll work with ZenBusiness Banking team and other product groups to offer a one-stop shop for customers' financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principal PM on the go-forward strategy and growth tactics to increase the adoption of Banking for new and existing customers.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements that will drive increased usage (e.g., launching a Rewards program) based on customer feedback.
- Own user story creation/refinement and lead team through scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Work with the design team to prototype new features, user test them and align partners around.
- Lead analysis of new feature adoption and usage metrics to inform future roadmap prioritization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and our bank partner to ensure proper training and documentation for our banking product.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Fintech, ideally working at a digital bank focused on Small Businesses.
- Understanding basic banking regulations, banking as a service (BaaS) models, and API integrations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional leading teams to launch web or native mobile software products.
- Track record of successfully leading Agile scrum teams to deliver software frequently and on time.
- Hands-on familiarity with Product Analytics and understanding of how to use in-app metrics to reduce friction and increase repeat usage.
Bonus Qualifications
- Start-up and Fintech experience.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel and Tableau.
- Experience working with API providers and microservices.
- macOS and G-Workspace knowledge.
