About the role

<p><b><span>Who we are looking for</span></b></p><p><span>The Sr. Business Analyst / Team Lead – Wealth/Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) role is a hands-on, <span>business-to-technology</span> role integral to the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) Wealth and OCIO platforms. </span>The candidate must have extended knowledge of the OCIO industry, excellent communication skills, hands-on requirements gathering, modeling and planning capabilities to properly execute roadmaps across multiple development level teams. This role will work side-by-side with Technical Team Leads, Wealth Product Managers and Business Analysts to oversee the assignment, execution, and delivery of initiatives that enhance the CRIMS Wealth and OCIO platforms. </p><p></p><p>The role should be that of a “Player-Coach”, where the successful candidate will also act as the Team Lead for the newly established Wealth / OCIO Product Team in Poland.  Leadership and/or management experience/skills will be valuable in this regard.</p><p></p><p>Working across multiple engineering teams and product owners, the role will oversee the roadmap for the OCIO market. This role will drive definition and delivery of functional and non-functional requirements for our platform to ensure optimal operation of the product suite of offerings.</p><p></p><p>Additionally, the candidate will work closely with other areas of the organization such as professional services, technical implementation services, relationship managers, support, and operations teams to ensure the administration and tooling meets both internal and external stakeholder needs.</p><p></p><p>The candidate will assist PMs and BAs in managing their product backlogs, ensuring engineering teams are taking full advantage of their allotted capacity. This role will also provide subject matter expertise to the development resources within the Engineering department. The position is based in Poland.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Why this role is important to us</span></b></p><p>The team you will be joining is part of the Charles River Investment Management Solution and State Street Alpha, a market leader in providing a comprehensive end-to-end investment management platform covering front, middle and back office. The platform offers portfolio management, compliance, order and execution management, post-trade processing, data provisioning and management, performance measurement, as well as other key capabilities important to the investment lifecycle.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What you will be responsible for</span></b></p><ul><li>Gather requirements from internal &amp; external parties (design, engineering, partners, vendors, etc.) and create initiatives and manage deconstruction and delivery of the features/functions critical to the wealth/OCIO market, prioritized based on company objectives and strategies.</li><li>Lead the design, resourcing, and execution of the administration and utilities strategic initiatives across multiple development teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and manage cross-team initiatives that leverage resources from many different teams and expertise – including engineering, business, QA, support, and cloud operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Be able to and willing to present to a wider internal &amp; external audience for reviews and decision making.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the Wealth/OCIO roadmap and work hand and hand with team leads, PMs, and BAs to ensure progress according to plan.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the delivery, documentation, and training of the platform’s deliverables.</li><li>Guide and manage other team members and handle local administrative responsibilities</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Experience in product management, business analysis for software systems.</li><li>Experience leading product management and software engineering teams.</li><li>Experience in the OCIO industry and technology solutions servicing the market.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, product management, business administration, finance or equivalent, and/or other work experience in a technical setting</li><li>Experience in Financial Services is required.</li><li>Experience working with remote teams.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong contributor with high motivation, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>About State Street</span></b></p><p><b>What we do.</b> State Street is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers and asset intelligence companies in the world.
