Job Description

Purpose:

The Renewals team at Intelerad Medical Systems is of strategic importance to the company.
The Renewals Analyst will play an integral role by producing, amending, and maintaining client data and documentation within our systems. This individual will support our Renewals Specialist throughout the Renewals cycle ensuring that clients receive accurate renewal information in a timely manner. The Renewals Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with our Renewals, Customer Success, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure all data is managed effectively and accessible when required. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Job Description:

  • Perform administrative activities related to a client’s Renewal cycle to maintain accurate records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Transfer information/data from contracts, quotes, emails, and other legal documents to Salesforce
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track renewals
  • Provide regular reports to management on renewal performance and metrics.
  • Oversee Salesforce maintenance related to the suspension of services, termination of the agreement, and renewal processes for clients whose contract term has lapsed
  • Communicate effectively to key stakeholders throughout the Renewal process providing relevant information
  • Maintain accurate pricing and contract terms within databases
  • Prepare the renewal letters, quotations, and other client notifications

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a Finance, Renewal, or Contract Administrator role in the software industry
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in data entry, pricing, procurement, and/or contract management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Great attention to detail
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong communicator
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, proactive
  • Make well-informed decisions with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with Excel is required
