Clinical Operations at CuraiCurai Health is both a technology company and a virtual care clinic. The clinical operations team partners with the organization to scale, optimize, and manage the operations of our clinic. This role will report directly to our Chief Medical Officer.

What You’ll Do• Oversee scheduling for the entire clinic through the various support functions; this includes making sure staffing and volume needs are met and accounted for • Manage the following teams: Medical Assistants, Patient Support, and Clinical Associates (the latter two teams are located in India)• Optimize workflows across the teams to ensure seamless handoff and exceptional patient experience• Scale the care operations team according to current and projected volume• Build forecast and staffing models for the functions to reliably predict supply and demand to ensure a high level of support for both our patients and clinicians• Manage the onboarding and training of new providers
What You’ll Need• 10 plus years of experience, with a clinical background in administration or operations in a clinic setting (virtual care clinic preferred)• Experience scaling organizations to meet the demands of both customers and providers (24/7 scaling experience a plus)• Strong management and emotional intelligence skills to work with various types of functions across the organization, as well as a customer presence when needed• Ability to work remotely with remote tools (Slack, Google Product Suite, Notion, and other internal systems) and pick up new technologies quickly

The annual base salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $200,000. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
