As the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing order management processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and enable touchless ordering. If you are a data-driven problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong background in order management analysis, we invite you to apply and be a key driver of our operational excellence journey.<p></p><p><b>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</b></p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth cross-country analysis of electronic order management processes, systems, and data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Customer Support, to gather insights and understand pain points.</li><li>Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for reducing order management blocks.</li><li>Develop and implement cross-country strategies to streamline order management processes and drive touchless ordering.</li><li>Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities cross-country, such as automation, system enhancements, and process optimizations.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to implement changes, measure the impact, and drive sustainable improvements.</li><li>Provide data-driven insights to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting areas of success, challenges, and improvement opportunities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
