About the role
Job Summary
The Compensation Analyst supports the analysis, design, administration, and communication of BHS compensation programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention and employee engagement. This role also performs operational duties of an HR Shared Services Representative.
Experience
- Three years of related experience in Human Resources functions (such as Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition etc.) required.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required (business related field preferred).
License & Certifications
- Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred or willingness to work towards CCP designation.

- Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy with diverse audiences.
- Advanced technical skills with proficiency in word and spreadsheet applications.

- High integrity, sound judgement, and discretion regarding the handling of confidential and/or sensitive information.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Highly self-motivated individual with ability to work independently, think pro-actively, prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to handle changing work demands.
