Compensation Analyst, Berkshire Health Systems, Shift: Days, 40 hrs.

Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst supports the analysis, design, administration, and communication of BHS compensation programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention and employee engagement. This role also performs operational duties of an HR Shared Services Representative.

Experience

• Three years of related experience in Human Resources functions (such as Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition etc.) required.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required (business related field preferred).

License & Certifications

• Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred or willingness to work towards CCP designation.
