Maintenance - RED Days

Shift: RED Days

LG: Tech 10 -13 DOE

Pay $26.90+

This posting is for a Maintenance C, B or A DOE.

Maintenance C: Tech 12 - $26.90

Ability to perform PM’s, assist with troubleshooting, repair and rebuilding of equipment.  (Individual will also be expected to control inventory and enter in work being done on equipment with computerized maintenance program.)

Maintenance B: Tech 12 - $28.35 

Under minimal supervision, perform PM’s, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild equipment with minimal supervision.  High school diploma or equivalent GED required.

Without direct supervision, perform PM’s troubleshoot, repair and rebuild equipment. Vocation Technical training in related field plus 8 years’ experience in related field, or 10 years plus of experience in related field.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory and control stock of supplies.
• Perform PM’s as required; lubricants, dismantling, cleaning of parts.
• General fabrication skills; welding (ARC, MIG & TIG), torch, cutting equipment, able to follow simple blueprints, and grinders.
• Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities in basic electrical blueprints and meters.
• Apply general plumbing skills.
• Assist in machine installation/assemble.
• Disassemble and diagnoses mechanical and electrical failures and perform necessary repairs.
• Design layout and install plumbing projects.
• Machine installation.
• Troubleshoot without direct supervision

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent GED required.

Vocation Technical training in related field plus 2- 8 years’ experience in related field, or 10 years plus of experience in related field.
