Summary/Purpose
Work with maintenance to do day to day machine PM work orders as issued form the Maintenance work order system and perform the following duties.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
• Work with Maintenance planner to organize PM work on down equipment
• Complete PM work as written on PM sheets printed by Maintenance planner in time agreed to by Maintenance supervisor.
• Complete PM work orders in the TMS system within an acceptable period of time, maximum of 2 working days, after completing the work order.
• Identify missing instructions in PM work sheets and work with Maintenance planner to correct.
• Identify potential machine failure conditions and alert maintenance personnel through PM system or WO system.
• Identify lubricants and correctly apply to each machine.
• Ability to use computer systems to use work order system and find repair parts.
• Maintain 5s in all maintenance and facility areas.
• Participate in all regular maintenance activities including shutdown periods.
• Work with maintenance on projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Basic troubleshooting, mechanical, and light fabrication skills.
• Should have adequate computer skills to use the TMS PM system and check out parts from the store room.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment including principles of lubrication, bearings, belts, hoses, and general machine conditions.
• Must have excellent work ethic and be a self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED, prefer AS degree and 1 to 3 years of related industrial manufacturing experience.

• Work is performed in a manufacturing setting which requires the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection and safety shoes with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
• Ability to lift up 75 pounds.
