Job Description:

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Finance, Bureau of Collection Services is seeking to hire a highly motivated Medicaid Recovery Manager for the Liens and Estates Recoveries Unit. This position will supervise numerous professional level staff as well as conduct research via the internet and utilize various reports to determine the claim status of deceased customers’ estates. The Medicaid Recovery Manager will complete required legal documents to file estate claims. This position further serves as the Department liaison for internal and external entities regarding property liens, estates claims, and any issues. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and exhibit excellent follow-up skills to plan, organize, prioritize assignments to ensure such are completed accurately and timely.
