We are now looking for a strategic and experienced <b>Senior Scientist</b> to join our Competence Center Influenza (CCI) and help shape the future of vaccine innovation.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Impact</b></p><p>As Senior Scientist, you will lead scientific initiatives that support and improve influenza vaccine production. You’ll work at a strategic level, designing solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and contributing to regulatory documentation. This is not a hands-on lab role, but a high-level scientific position requiring broad expertise and leadership.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead scientific projects and troubleshoot production or QC challenges</li><li>Design and oversee experimental plans, monitor progress, and report findings</li><li>Contribute to CMC documentation and regulatory submissions (eCTD)</li><li>Represent CCI in cross-functional teams and drive improvement initiatives</li><li>Support the annual influenza vaccine update process</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>Master’s or PhD in a relevant scientific field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry</li><li>Strong background in CMC and scientific writing</li><li>Solid understanding of vaccine production and analytical techniques (e.g., USP/DSP, protein characterization, molecular biology)</li><li>Strategic mindset with excellent communication and project leadership skills</li><li>Fluency in English.
