Job Description
We are looking for a proven sales producer to add to our Enterprise New Logo sales team within our Employer Services division. This is a unique opportunity to help businesses increase efficiency, reduce cost, and capture high-value tax credit benefits.
The Enterprise Senior Account Executive will be responsible for educating and closing new prospective clients for Employer Services solutions. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting to target accounts, handling inbound and partner leads from lead generation campaigns, presenting our solutions and signing new clients.

Qualifications
What your background looks like:
- 8+ year of successful sales experience with a proven track record of overachievement selling complex solutions and tangible business value in a competitive environment at the executive level.
- Communication is the key to our success. You grasp concepts quickly and know how to make the complex easy to understand. You can effortlessly share your knowledge of the industry and how our solutions can transform your customer’s business.
- Navigating complex environments to drive results. You collaborate naturally with members across different teams balancing priorities. You excel at bringing the right people to the table, tackling issues, and identifying opportunities.
- You understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective and can speak their language.
- You have successful experience in sales functions such as cold calling, presenting solutions over the phone, advancing a pipeline, and ensuring delivery of solutions.
- You drive results and exceed expectations.
- You have a growth mindset, challenging yourself with different opportunities to develop your skills.
- You prioritize accountability and honesty, building trust with your teammates and customers by consistently delivering results.
- A background in payroll, human resources, tax incentives, consulting, or other professional services.
- Direct experience with workforce management and/or tax credit offerings is a plus.
- Solid business acumen and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
