Job Description: The Retail Store Associate will play a vital role in the operations of the student-run retail store within the Turner Brothers Student Business Accelerator. This position offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience in retail management, customer service, and product merchandising.

A good retail store associate provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing transactions. They also maintain the store's visual appeal by ensuring products are displayed attractively and in a well-organized manner and help with inventory control tasks, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise. Additionally, they accurately handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures and assist with closing procedures, including securing the store, counting cash, and preparing daily reports.
