<h1>Global Travel Manager - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?</h1>

<p>Overall mission:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Global Travel Manager (GTM) is responsible for the management and the execution of the company Global Travel program. The GTM is the in-house expert of all Travel related topics. The GTM will lead Global Travel Policy changes and communication across the countries and travelers and will monitor travel scorecard and travelers compliance globally. The GTM will manage the Global Hotel program RFP, Agency RFP or other sourcing projects. The GTM may lead globally the implementation of future travel agencies and on line booking tools, enhance partners engagement at all levels and guide change management. The GTM is leading the network of travel coordinators and arrangers and is the escalation contact for all travel topics with travelers. The GTM is also managing the relationship with TMC (Travel Management Company) and other suppliers.</p>
<p>You will be based in Budapest and report to the Senior Global Category Manager (Travel/HR/Marketing&FM).</p>

<p>Main responsibilities:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate all subjects relating to Travel management globally</li>
<li>Generate and implement recommendations on how to improve travel processes and cost; propose and implement savings opportunities related to spend reduction</li>
<li>Lead Hotel RFP, Agencies RFP and other sourcing projects</li>
<li>Propose to Steering Committee Travel improvements on managing travel in Givaudan, improving compliance and adopting new trends within the travel category</li>
<li>Lead globally travel coordinators community within the company and provide all necessary guidance</li>
<li>Lead the TMC operational topics and continuous improvement activities</li>
<li>Monitor users experience and addresses escalations</li>
<li>Contribute with new ideas to constantly improve the travel experience; bring best practices from outside into Givaudan</li>
<li>Develop and provide trainings to colleagues</li>
<li>Measure the compliance level of the Travel Policy</li>
<li>Coordinate the loading of all corporate contracts with the Travel Agencies systems globally</li>
<li>Manage the implementation of the new travel agency and lead change management globally</li>
<li>Analyse data, develop and share the travel reporting</li>
<li>Lead technical direction for travel web-based products and services (self booking tool)</li>
</ul>

<p>You:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>BA in Tourism or similar relevant education; additional certification related to travel and tourism will be considered as an advantage</li>
<li>Experienced in Travel industry as Travel manager or Experience in a Travel agency (account manager, booking tools implementation), minimum 5-7 years</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead large travel-related projects including new business and system implementations</li>
<li>Procurement experience</li>
<li>English (Fluent), French (optional)</li>
<li>Knowledge of leading industry tools (Concur, Amadeus, KDS)</li>
