Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Lisbon office:
 

SENIOR TALENT STRATEGY CONSULTANT

HR consultants lead complex projects and develop impactful frameworks/solutions that promote organizational transformations through behavioral changes and HR frameworks.

We will count on you to:

• Develop and manage HR talent, processes and transformation projects;
• Lead and manage project teams, contributing for their development and proficiency;
• Develop strong client business relations, identifying and acting on business leads;
• Implement HR consulting frameworks (HR processes and models);
• Deliver training and facilitation of workshops;
• Implement HR Assessment and Development Methodologies;
• Create innovative and impactful solutions;
• Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction.

What you need to have: 

• Degree in HR, Management or similar;
• Experience in complex HR project management;
• More than 5 years of experience;
• English and Portuguese language work proficiency;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;
• Analytical mindset;
• Strategic and macro vision;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Critical reasoning and systemic thinking;
• Curiosity and learning agility;
• Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
• Accountability and ownership.
