Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Playing an active role as an integral part of the leadership team for our global transformation programme, which is transitioning the ALDI IT teams into a product-centric organisation
- Driving the successful implementation of our programme roadmap by closely collaborating with our transformation programme workstreams
- Ensuring the best possible programme management support for our workstreams, helping them to perform and deliver at their best
- Fostering a supportive environment for teamwork in and across workstreams
- Identifying and managing dependencies across the different workstreams
- Monitoring programme success metrics on a workstream level and deriving appropriate measures in cooperation with the workstream leads
- Regularly communicating with and reporting to different management levels
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- At least five years of experience as a project/programme manager, ideally in an agile and/or corporate environment
- Excellent conceptual, planning and organisational skills as well as a creative, hands-on working approach
- Very good understanding of project, programme and corporate structures
- An eye for detail, always considering the bigger picture
- Ability to maintain a healthy balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
- An empathetic, reliable and motivating personality with a lot of drive
- Theoretical and/or practical experience in applying agile methodologies but, most importantly, a passion for agile ways of working
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and (ideally) German
Desirable extras.
- A degree with a focus on business administration (or comparable qualification)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
