GTM Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Leader based in the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a go-to-market organization from the ground up within a fast-growing AI SaaS environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the commercial strategy, establish scalable sales processes, and hire and develop a high-performing SMB sales team. As both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, you will actively shape revenue growth while refining the sales motion through data, automation, and continuous optimization. Working closely with engineering and executive leadership, you'll play a critical role in accelerating business expansion and creating a predictable, repeatable growth engine.
