Project Specialist- Large Store & Emerging Channels

Position Summary:

 The LS&EC Project Specialist is an integral part of the Large Store & Emerging Channels project management team. Working closely with the LS&EC Business Development and Business Intelligence team, the Project Specialist provides support for all active projects and administrative tasks across the landscape covered by the greater LS&EC Team. The primary focus of this role is organizing project details, following up on actions, and optimizing project outcomes. This role requires a self-starter who can effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, handle deadlines, and deliver detailed reporting to the Project Manager. The Project Specialist will track and drive the completion of numerous small and large-scale projects. The Project Specialist is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects, meeting, or exceeding expectations in terms of timeliness, budget, and quality, thereby optimizing all aspects of Monster Energy LS&EC businesses. The successful candidate for this position should possess exceptional organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of the creative process.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with the LS&EC BDM/ BI team and key cross functional partners to support the successful execution of all active projects
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed to a high standard
• Provide detailed reporting to the department, track project progress, identify potential issues and opportunities, and can provide recommended solutions
• Optimize project outcomes by organizing project details, following up on action items, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination among team members
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensure successful delivery while meeting or exceeding expectations in terms of timeliness, budget, and quality
• Conduct thorough project documentation to include project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve project-related issues
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the creative process and effectively communicate project requirements to creative teams when necessary
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies to continuously improve project management capabilities

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-pasted environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze project requirements accurately
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Proficient in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding project expectations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Must be open to travel as needed

Base Pay Range: $52,000 - $65,292 (+)
