Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.</p><p>The Clinical Supply Product Group within the Innovative Medicine Technology Research &amp; Development (IMT R&amp;D) organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Lead Product Analyst – Transcend IM R&amp;D. This position is critical to the IM R&amp;D scope of the Transcend program, requiring close collaboration with R&amp;D ecosystems and business users to design and define requirements for Transcend. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.</p><h1>Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Drive the IM R&amp;D scope within Transcend, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with IM R&amp;D ecosystems in scope for Transcend and business users to understand and define business requirements.</li><li>Design and implement integration solutions for satellite system, in close collaboration with system owners and Transcend functions, that meet the business needs and enhance operational effectiveness.</li><li>Utilize expertise in SAP to support and optimize design and solutioning of IM R&amp;D Clinical Supply Chain processes.</li><li>Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Drive a culture of data-driven decision making through Business Insights.</li><li>Establish comprehensive planning, tracking and reporting; ensure all program deliverables are delivered, in time, in budget, on quality and aligned with the overall timelines including dependent projects.</li><li>Foster meaningful collaborations, providing valuable insights for the organization; being driven by insights to identify crucial unmet needs.</li></ul><p></p><h1>Qualifications</h1><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in Life Sciences, preferably in (Clinical) Supply Chain.</li><li>Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree supplemented with relevant work experience.</li><li>In depth experience in a functional analyst role, with strong analytical and problem-solvi
