Job Description:

• Process/Chemical Engineer
• Chemical engineering or petroleum engineering degree
• Broad understanding of Oil & Gas, refining and petrochemical processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience as process engineer in Engineering company and/or Oil & gas Company, most of which on cryogenic units.
• Mastering modeling tools such as PROII, Hysys, Unisim. Good knowledge of other specific modeling tools is a plus (e.g., HTRI, CFD tools)
• Process design of equipment, including vessels, columns, heat exchangers, compressors and pumps
• A conceptual understanding of chemical engineering principles of heat transfer, vapor-liquid equilibria, mass transfer and thermodynamics, and their general application to process design

Responsibilities:

• An LNG & Cryogenics Engineer who will be actively involved in the engineering support of the LNG plant activities.

• Main role will be to support the new projects development by participating in the elaboration of overall plant process schemes, to provide technical assistance for ongoing projects and assets in operation, to participate in scouting and qualification of new technologies.
• In addition, and considering the transversality of the activities handled by the LNG & Cryogenics process entity, you will also: be involved in inter-branches studies (Technical Services, Maintenance, Operations) for specific cryogenic process support.
• Perform, lead, or validate process studies from prospects studies.
• Provide support for Projects in FEED or EPC phases.
