As the Director, HSM Business Performance, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Insights, you will work on projects including supporting revenue forecasting and lead company revenue growth by enhancing capabilities in deal analysis.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to set business targets and multi-year revenue growth strategies, ensuring joint accountability for their achievement.
• Oversee the end-to-end revenue management process, including spend data receipt, revenue calculation, supplier invoicing, revenue tracking, and revenue collection.
• Lead spend data quality validation and continuously improve process to increase accuracy and efficiency.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Lead data analysts and data stewards in conducting data validations, ensuring data is complete and accurate, and addressing data gaps.
• Conceptualize and articulate solutions to process gaps and issues as they arise and gain consensus on a path forward.
• Collaborate with Master Data Management and Strategy & Insights teams to process product, spend, and revenue data through HSM technology platforms.
