Customer Engagement Manager - SAP BASIS - 6 Months Contract

Belmont Lavan Ltd is looking for a highly motivated Customer Engagement Manager specialising in SAP BASIS for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer relationships and ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of SAP BASIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their engagement and addressing any concerns regarding SAP BASIS services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers regarding implementation milestones and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional value-added services and upsell SAP BASIS solutions based on customer needs.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP BASIS.

Key Metrics for the Role:

• Customer satisfaction score and feedback ratings.
• Successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Growth in customer engagement and retention rates.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Engagement Manager or similar role in SAP BASIS.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BASIS, including system architecture, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting SAP BASIS-related issues.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
