Role Summary/Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Leader to run our B2B marketing efforts, driving growth across acquisition, lifecycle, and commercialization. This role will be responsible for leading a team that develops and executes marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain merchants while ensuring that we have B2B products and services that can be effectively positioned in the market.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, customer journeys, and go-to-market execution. They will oversee a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and optimize portfolio of marketing programs, including database and email marketing, persona-based nurture programs, account-based marketing, search engine optimization, paid search, outbound call campaigns for inside sales team.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify the right marketing technologies, processes and systems, including database management, segmentation, analytics, data cleansing, etc.

  • Communicate with marketing, senior leadership, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding demand generation performance results, current initiatives, and course corrections being taken.

  • Identify new optimization tests and growth opportunities and areas for additional investment in time and money and decreased focus.

  • Manages demand generation budget management and reporting.

  • Proactively meets with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergies, ensures that campaigns support revenue objectives

  • Manages a team of marketing professionals reporting into this role.

  • Establish KPIs for all demand generation marketing programs and monitor demand generation marketing investments to deliver improved ROI performance

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree HS Diploma/GED and 11 years of financial services experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with leadership experience in acquisition, lifecycle, and commercialization.

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through demand generation and customer retention strategies.

  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, ABM (Account based marketing) , content marketing, and marketing automation.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Leadership experience should include managing a direct team and daily operations management, driving strategy and motivating/growth of  the employees.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Grade/Level: 14

The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in positio
