Key Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience in quality management in accordance with ISO 9001. • Experience in process management within technology‑driven environments, including process definition, control, and improvement • Hands‑on experience working with highly complex products or systems, with a strong practical involvement in day‑to‑day quality activities • Experience with non-conforming material disposition processes a definite plus. • Knowledge and/or experience in DOD, FAA and NASA hardware manufacturing preferred. • A strong knowledge of process controls, FMEA, Continuous Improvement, and experience with vendor management. • BS degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience with 8 years directly related experience. • Knowledge of customer base including quality standards and personal computers. • Candidate must have a working knowledge of Quality Assurance systems including inspection, process control, non-conforming material, and contract conformance. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS 9000 • Software Quality Assurance or Reliability Assurance knowledge a plus. • Candidate must be able to analyze manufacturing and Quality System processes and determine root cause and corrective action, as well as determine effectiveness or corrective action process. • Candidate must be able to effectively interface with all facets of contracts, design, manufacturing, and inspection. • Will possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be capable of producing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, as well as merge information into Microsoft PowerPoint. • Ideal candidate will be capable of using the resources available on company databases to research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to electronic inspection, production, and procurement and configuration inspection acceptance issues. • Inspection system knowledge also an asset. • Must show track record of problem resolution, as well as being able to explain how t
