Our 10-week HR Generalist Internship offers a comprehensive program where you'll gain hands-on project experience, networking opportunities, and professional development. This supportive learning environment will allow you to contribute both independently and collaboratively.
As an intern, you'll have the chance to explore the vital role of human resources in driving enterprise business strategies. Throughout the program, you'll receive exposure to the field and valuable insights into potential career paths.
We offer competitive compensation, including a housing stipend for eligible candidates. Please note that relocation to Fort Worth, TX is required for the duration of the program.
How you can contribute:
- Conduct research, design, and develop solutions for assigned projects and tasks related to the human resources function.
- Assist in various human resources processes and administration.
- Support the assigned team in ongoing and new projects.
- Identify potential alternatives to current processes to enhance efficiency and timeliness.
- Represent the human resources department on cross-functional teams as required.
- Foster relationships across multiple levels and departments to ensure timely support is available.
- Safeguard and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records, including personal and compensation information.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and creative thinker.
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
