Senior Patient Scheduler

Senior Patient Scheduler - St Patrick Hospital-Broadway Bldg-Missoula MT

The imaging scheduler is responsible for booking cases for all Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging modalities.  This includes coordinating cases and aligning schedules for Radiologists, vendor reps, anesthesiology and additional resources on a case by case basis.

Shift details: Part time, Day shift, No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Administrative, admitting, registrar or similar office work.
• 1 year of Phone experience such as reception, office admin, and/or operator.

Preferred qualifications:

• Course work in business or office practices
• 1 year of Scheduling

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
