System Solution Architect Home Appliances, Building and Home Control

NXP is extending its system architecture teams to address industrial systems and solutions.
As part of this extension, NXP is looking for a Technical Director to join the industrial systems solutions architecture team and lead the architectures for home appliances, home and enterprise building control. 
You will be responsible for the solution architecture during the entire development cycle from idea to realization and customer volume production. 
You will be covering the definition of an integrated HW/SW architecture to fulfill customer needs in alignment with 
the business teams and our interdisciplinary experts.

As solution architect you will be responsible for:
- Highly experienced with home appliances and their underlying technologies
- Experienced in networking for home and enterprise/industrial building 
- Experienced with real-time behavior for building control solutions
- Experienced in wired and wireless home networking
- Experience with smart home automation software framework solutions 

You might bring the following experience and skill set:
- more than 10 years experience in home appliances and/or home and building control applications
- deep understanding for defining and developing home appliances solutions
- Experienced in motor control and home/industrial communication networking technologies
- Experienced in designing complex HW/SW systems
- Experienced in customer interactions (solution presentation and communication, problem analysis and resolution,...)
- Experienced in working with global teams
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software or similar studies
