Reporting to: Factory Finance Manager

 

What this position is about: 

 

The Product Cost Finance Analyst performs cost accounting activities for Financial reporting in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted by the Company. The Product Cost Finance Analyst reconciles actual production costs with planned figures on a monthly basis and takes part in the SAP reporting period closing.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in Finance function
  • Work experience in industrial environment will be considered as an asset
  • Fluency in both Greek and English Languages 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

 

  • Conduct material cost planning, standard costing and analysis of actual results in the framework of annual and monthly planning as well as month-end closing activities. Continuous review and root cost analysis of plan vs actuals material cost variances.
  • Ensure that Financial information is correctly reflected in the context of production costs and inventories in JTI management reporting systems.
  • Consolidate the actual and planned Financial indicators of the Company for the purposes of management reporting.
  • Exercise of J-SOX control procedures and continuous maintenance of Financial reporting in a strict compliance with J-SOX controls.
  • Preparation and analysis of various deliverables for both Management Accounting and external audit requests.
