Manager (m/f/d) Accounting Finance Processes

• Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing global processes
• Creation of accounting instructions in English and publication on the relevant accounting pages
• Support in coordinating the closing schedule for the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial closing process
• Participation in the review and documentation of the SAP-FI chart of accounts
• Responsibility for master data maintenance for general ledger accounts in SAP-FI 
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient financial workflows
• Support in ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Participation in projects for process improvement and innovation
• Contribute to the S/4 HANA transformation project
• Support the RTR workstream lead in the S/4 HANA project for the successful implementation of new ERP software

• A degree in business administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven professional experience in finance, accounting, or process management desireable, ideally within a global corporate environment
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, including process optimization and identifying areas for improvement
• Expertise in SAP-FI, with experience in master data management for GL accounts
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA and familiarity with best practices in S/4 HANA for financial processes desireable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Enjoyment of teamwork and project work
• Reliability, team spirit, and resilience
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
