Job Description
Are you a demand generation expert ready to scale your impact beyond campaign execution? As Manager, Demand Generation Enablement within Visa’s B2B Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), you’ll design, develop, and drive the global adoption of playbooks, frameworks, and strategies that empower B2B marketing teams across business units and regions.
Your focus will be on building and standardizing resources, tools, and best practices—driving efficiency, consistency, and measurable results at scale. Rather than running campaigns directly, you’ll empower marketers worldwide to execute at a higher level, amplifying successful strategies and enabling teams to achieve pipeline and revenue goals with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the COE, you will serve as a force multiplier across three critical demand generation pillars:
- Campaign Strategy & Orchestration
- Develop, document, and disseminate integrated campaign design frameworks.
- Guide regional teams in orchestrating always-on and ABM initiatives, optimizing for conversion and velocity.
- Deliver toolkits, templates, and checklists to drive consistency in execution.
- BDR Enablement & Touch Strategy
- Advise on touch cadences, multichannel outreach patterns, tone, CTAs, and value exchange.
- Collaborate with sales enablement teams to ensure alignment between marketing programs and sales plays.
- Provide playbooks and real-world examples of scalable, successful approaches.
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Partner with digital and b2b marketing teams to advise on landing page structure, CTA effectiveness, and engagement flows.
- Share best practices for optimizing conversion paths and web experiences.
- Promote experimentation and data-driven refinement to improve performance.
How You'll Enable Success
- Partner with business unit and regional B2B marketing teams to embed COE frameworks and strategies into localized plans.
- Translate deep operational knowledge and in-region success into scalable models and toolkits.
- Promote adherence to campaign taxonomy, lead management standards, and BDR integration for consistency and quality.
- Empower regions through responsive support, workshops, and access to expert resources.
- Track framework adoption, gather feedback, and continuously evolve COE playbooks to meet marketer needs.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
