Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR
As the Senior Manager, Business Development, you will play an integral role in achieving the GM ambition of being the customer's first choice across channels: every season, every event, every day. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Business Development, GM and work across the total Walmart US organization to deliver against General Merchandise, US Merchandising, and Walmart US strategic goals. Executive communication, project management capabilities, and a strategic mindset are integral components to this role. Additionally, you will help identify opportunities to bring strategic alignment across SBUs.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving meaningful improvements to the GM customer experience
- Managing complex cross-functional projects with considerable impact across multiple business units
- Overseeing gaps/opportunities between teams, processes and workstreams, helping teams operate more strategically and efficiently
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
- Think strategically with a strong background in program management and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Communicate with clarity and tailor messages for any audience.
- Connect dots across teams to identify opportunities to partner and accelerate pace of work
- Turn ambiguity into action by developing processes, learning from best practices, and iterating with feedback.
- Build strong rapport with stakeholders across the business who you will work with to drive strategy execution.
- Hold business leaders accountable to deploy strategic advancements on time, on budget while achieving measurable milestones.
