About the job

The Customer Engagement Manager–Dermatology will lead and support the development of innovative digital campaigns and multichannel marketing strategies in the dermatology area. The role works cross-functionally to improve customer experience, support national and regional projects, and enhance commercial performance. You’ll collaborate with product managers, commercial excellence, and the brand team in a high-performing and agile environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel brand strategy, content, and campaigns in the dermatology area.
  • Support implementation of national and regional marketing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead customer journey mapping, segmentation, and persona development to drive targeted engagement.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools and platforms (e.g., 1CRM, CLM, Content Localization Hub) to enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Act as the focal point for global go-to-market activities within the therapeutic area.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Advocate for agile culture within the team and support change management initiatives.

 

About You

  • Experience: Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in dermatology marketing; experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Soft and technical skills: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, stakeholder engagement, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, teamwork in matrix environments, strategic thinking, proactive mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
