WORKSITE: 10390 Peter A McCuen Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA

WORK SCHEDULE: The schedule includes up to five days per week, with availability on Saturdays required. Shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; a standard shift is typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.


COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Accurately post financial data into various systems using a PC workstation.
  • Process payments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Assist in researching unprocessed payments (suspense items) using internal systems such as Kidstar and CSE.
  • Perform additional quality control checks and contribute to maintaining DE Quality Ratings.
  • Support staff scheduling and workflow planning as directed.
  • Adhere to professional standards of conduct, including attendance, behavior, and dress code.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:


  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Proficiency in data entry (alpha and numeric) with minimal error rate.
    • Familiarity with a 10-key calculator is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of Windows desktop applications.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
