HRIS Analyst

This role requires a strong balance of system expertise, reporting and analytics capabilities, and project-based work. You will support and enhance our HRIS (UKG Pro), ensuring data integrity, efficient system processes, and reliable reporting across a global organization. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to support system functionality, drive process improvements, and deliver data-driven insights.</p> <p><u>What You’ll Do<br></u></p> <p>HRIS Management &amp; System Ownership</p> <ul> <li>Administer and maintain UKG Pro (Core HR and Workforce Management)</li> <li>Manage system transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, and compensation updates</li> <li>Maintain system configuration elements such as security roles, business rules, and organizational structures</li> <li>Partner with IT and system stakeholders to support integrations and ensure accurate data flow</li> <li>Identify and support system improvements and enhancements</li> </ul> <p>Reporting, Analytics &amp; Data Integrity</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports(BI/People Analytics)</li> <li>Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities</li> <li>Support stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting</li> <li>Perform ongoing audits and data validation</li> </ul> <p>Process Improvement &amp; Project-Based Work</p> <ul> <li>Support HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements and reporting improvements</li> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes</li> <li>Assist in implementing workflow improvements</li> <li>Support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p>Training &amp; Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide HRIS support and guidance to users</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues promptly</li> <li>Create documentation to support system adoption</li> </ul> <p><u>What You’ll Bring</u></p> <ul> <li>2 to 4 years of HRIS experience</li> <li>UK
