We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HRIS Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Albany International's Human Resources Information Systems, including SAP SuccessFactors. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology and working closely with the Senior HRIS Analyst, this role serves as a key resource for HRIS support, end-user training, system configuration, testing, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional user support, and experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. This position plays an important role in ensuring data integrity, supporting system enhancements, maintaining documentation, and helping employees and HR teams effectively utilize HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Support & End User Assistance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS related questions, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating complex matters to the Senior HRIS Specialist or software vendors as appropriate.
- Monitor and track HRIS support requests to ensure timely resolution and positive user experiences.
- Assist employees, managers, and HR team members with system navigation, transactions, and reporting needs.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop, maintain, and update HRIS procedures, process documentation, and user guides.
- Create clear and effective training materials for employees, managers, and HR users.
- Ensure documentation reflects current system functionality, business processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support the development of internal HRIS standards and best practices.
Testing & System Enhancements
- Participate in testing activities related to system upgrades, enhancements, fixes, and vendor releases.
