What are we looking for?
The Client Management - Operations Director is responsible for coordinating and driving collaboration across the functional teams in meeting Third Party customer contract requirements, including supervision of direct report(s) providing technical and business guidance to drive operational improvements and automation.

• Understanding Third Party Client Specific contract requirements
• Understanding Versant Health Operational Standards
• Manage Client Reporting Requests and Requirements – collaborate with teams to design, define and build standard and custom reports.
• Performance Guarantee – in collaboration with Product and Operations, define PGs, establish process for review and approval of non-standard PGs. Support the development of Client reporting for PGs.
• Project Managing Client Specific Projects that require cross functional support that do not meet the criteria for EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office)
• Collaborating with Regulatory/Compliance team to support Operational Execution and cross Functional execution of new/changing requirements.
• Ability to translate Customer Expectation into IT or Operational Requirements. Capability to evaluate trade-offs and investments to fulfil commitments
• Understanding how to translate Customer Commitments into Operational Execution by collaborating with Functional SMEs.
• Ability to understand and influence our standard reporting packages to accommodate our Client’s regulatory and negotiated reporting metrics
• Ability to work and negotiate with Clients on developing solutions that can be delivered with Excellence
• Collaborating with Regulatory/Compliance team to support assessing client risk, operational Execution and cross Functional execution of new/changing requirements.
• Collaborate with different areas within Versant Health to drive resolution (ex; claims, IT, reporting, call center, etc.)
• Manage direct report(s) responsible for data and business analytics to inform process and operational strategies to support day to day client management activities
• Travel 25% or as needed by Client expectations
What’s necessary to do the job?
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 5-7 years of experienceyears of related experience in Health Plan operations, Health IT Consulting or Medicaid/Medicare operations
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and/or other project management software.
• Working knowledge of claims systems and other systems used in the processing of vision claims
• PMP, Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile or other process oriented certification a plus
