Senior Accountant

Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Senior Accountant  to help and support one of our clients, a major player within the Financial services industry.

The Senior Accountant will have the following responsibilities :

1. Strengthening the Team on Market Operations Configuration Work:

• Configuration of Accounting Schemes RDJ on the ALMA Platform:
• Set up and manage accounting rules and schemes on the ALMA platform.
• Monitoring of Revenues and Coordination:
• Track and coordinate revenue processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• ALMA Production Monitoring in Connection with International Platforms (APAC, EMEA, NY):
• Oversee the production environment on ALMA, coordinating with international platforms.

2. Project Management and Oversight:

• Driving and Monitoring the Project:
• Lead the various stages of the project, identifying risks early on.
• Development and Monitoring of Test Scenarios:
• Create and follow up on test plans to ensure successful project implementation.
• Post-Migration Follow-up:
• Ensure a smooth transition and resolve any issues that arise after migration.
• User Assistance:
• Provide support and assistance to users, ensuring they are well-versed in new systems and processes.
• Implementation Audit, IT Audit, Project Audit:
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and efficiency in implementation, IT systems, and project management.
• Configuration of Accounting Schemes RDJ and Inventory Flow on a Market Supply Platform:
• Set up and manage accounting rules and inventory flow on market supply platforms.
• Configuration of Accounting Schemes RDJ on Flow Applications:
• Manage the setup of accounting rules on various flow applications.

Requirements

If you accept this challenge, you must tick the following points:

• Proven at least 10 years of experiences in accounting.
• Strong understanding of market operations and accounting schemes.
• Experience with the ALMA platform is preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with international platforms (APAC, EMEA, NY) is a plus.
• License or Master qualification in accounting, finance or equivalent .
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
