What We Want
The Office of Undergraduate Research is seeking a Program Coordinator I to help deliver high-impact, student-centered programs that promote scholarly engagement across disciplines. We are looking for an organized, research-minded professional who will serve as a key source of support for the office. This individual will be the initial point of contact for our programs and will play a vital role in coordinating programs, managing timelines, supporting communications, and delivering events that connect students with the broader research community.
The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and respond to shifting priorities. We need someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is equally comfortable working independently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to use tools like Microsoft Excel to organize information and support data-informed decision-making. Experience working with students, coordinating logistics, and supporting research-related initiatives will be especially valuable.
We are looking for an individual who brings professional integrity and a commitment to supporting access to undergraduate research opportunities. If this sounds like a role where you would thrive, we encourage you to apply.
