Quality Inspector

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Newport News, Virginia.

Activity: Advanced manufacturing, welding, maritime industrial base

Key Responsabilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards
• Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures

What you bring:

• 5 years’ experience with quality inspection in the maritime and defense manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, especially in advanced technologies and welding
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry quality standards
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferred
