Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager for a large Enterprise business organization in the healthcare industry. Experience with program/project management driving solutions to delivery, ideally in the healthcare industry, is important to be successful in this role. This role will be to manage an implementation project for a customer care platform. Once implemented, the Program Manager will use the new schedule to facilitate the installation process for the client’s key customers – coordinating the internal stakeholder teams and mitigating risks to ensure timely installation for the customer. This position is fully remote and will be EST hours. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or C2C.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver executive process, planning, and status documents in collaboration with executive team
  • Drive and coordinate the project plans at the customer level including all related reporting and analysis
  • Cross-functional project management skills with experience in delivery and installation of broadband and data products
  • Communicate with senior level leaders across numerous technology and operations functions with the ability to understand both the technologies and strategies to ensure alignment
  • Consolidate plans and content from across various departments into meaningful, informative presentations and decks
  • Lead, drive, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for customer installations
  • Provide an executive level of communication, organization, and operational effectiveness
  • Improve on numerous operational and administrative functions related to key processes

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in consulting and/or program management ideally with a focus on operational improvements with a healthcare insurer or healthcare system
  • Industry experience in Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Systems
  • Experience leading complex implementations required
  • Proven experience in executive communication and complex program management utilizing PM methodologies and tools is necessary
  • Consulting experience is preferred
  • Expert Power Point skills in creating and delivering executive level presentations is necessary
  • Care management platforms, such as MHK highly desired
  • Successful in setting and driving meetings, scribe and document initiatives and processes
  • Manage strategic projects including executing C-suite presentations and related reporting
  • Hands-on, tactical role with multiple layers of responsibility and visibility
  • Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
  • Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus
  • Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data, and define key performance indicators/metrics
  • Must be able to communicate succinctly in fast paced environment and be both organized and detail oriented

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree in related field or related experience is preferred
  • Program Management certification such as PMP, Agile, SAFe® Agile or relevant project management course certification is desired

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model.
