Position: Assistant Working Student
Duration: Fixed term for 6 months with potential contract renewal
Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid)
- Managing inventory
- Keeping records up to date
- Procurement/Distribution of office supplies and Laboratory hardware
- Organizing local events
- Organizing international business trips
- You have ongoing studies (BSc/MSc)
- You are able to work at least 24 hours/week
- You have excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- You have a flexible, proactive attitude; a self-motivated personality and innovative spirit
- You can work independently, as well as in local and global (virtual) teams, including international colleagues
- You are comfortable with using Microsoft Office and commonly used software and tools
- You have the ability to balance multiple tasks and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks
