We are currently seeking a Consulting Manager for Healthcare Strategy - Remote role to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Senior Manager Consulting / Strategy with Healthcare Vertical

This role will report directly to our Healthcare and Life Sciences BU President and will focus on three main areas: Internal activities, External (client-facing) activities and Special projects as defined below.

• Performs in a liaison role, Collaborating across BU President, Sub-vertical Leaders, Sales, and Solutions teams.
• Responsible for management and coordination of strategic projects and initiatives
• Coordinates and manages executive meetings and communications and client-centric action items.
• Manage action items that result from Executive customer meetings.
• C-Level Action plans tracking actions with respect to Executive Sales, CXO meeting – working with SE/CE to track on a Weekly basis.
• Coordinates within NTTD, as well as partners with NTT companies and acquisitions for collaboration in BU customer opportunities
• Working with SE/CE and Leaders in establishing deeper/broader relationships with CXO key accounts - (2 categories – CE led or Strategic New Logos)
• Account planning reviews, strategic deal reviews and following through with CE’s/SE’s on the key action items from BU Presidents meetings.
• Coordinate client meetings, to include ensuring that the correct SMEs are included and prepared.
• Partner with Marketing to manage relationship and events, specifically for BU branding and support of the 3 sub-vertical industries and markets.
• Coordinate creation of GTM Strategy, bringing analysis and ideation to forum
• Establish a quarterly and annual reporting process to be provided to customers.
• Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (lead prep meetings; consolidate content; ensure quality deliverables are submitted on time, etc.)
• Coordinate Innovation Studio and EBC events, to include communication, content, logistics.
• Coordinate Investment/Japan-funded programs.

Location:  This is a remote role.  Preference is for someone in the Central or Eastern time zones.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree
• 3+ years’ experience working with Leadership on strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years project management experience within healthcare 
• Knowledge of Life Sciences 
• 4+ years of consulting experience is preferred.

• 3+ years working with Strategic Initiatives
