Job Description

Position Purpose:

• Able to work consistently to quality standards in a fast-paced target driven production environment. 

• Ability to safely operate automated machinery and new technologies.
   

Scope: Reporting to Team Leader

Measures/Targets:

• Safety

• Time Keeping and absence. 

• Professional Conduct.
   

Major/Key Accountabilities:

• Meet and apply safety standards.

• Meet and apply quality standards.

• Manual handling repair tasks 

• Machine minding automation 

• Housekeeping activities
   

Experience:

• Have worked within a safety driven environment. 

• Manual work, experience working with hand tools is desirable.

• Production, or manufacturing site experience. 

Skills and Knowledge:

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Safety mindset 

• Attention to detail. 

• Must be able to follow instructions.

• Adaptable, flexible, resilient, who can react positively to change.

• Multitask and manage time effectively.

• Inquisitive and with a drive for continuous improvement

• Team player, comfortable to work in a team environment.

• Understanding of factory management/FMS
