As a Senior Maintenance Rep, you will provide CMMS support as it relates to maintenance.

How you'll make an impact:

• This is a first‑shift position with flexible start times. This team operates continuously through holidays to support business needs.
• Procuring and acquiring parts needed for maintenance activities.
• Planning and converting work requests to all work orders including proper documentation completion, documentation audit and review, and archival of work orders and PM's within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Tracking and sorting data to support departmental and Quality Council metrics and maintenance of the CMMS database for accuracy of new PM entries and equipment by providing basic analytics, creating PowerPoint presentations, and utilizing the statistical program.
• Organizing and maintaining Maintenance documentation control archives and library. Maintaining the equipment ID and preventive maintenance fields in CMMS.
• Providing guidance and critical pre-planning information to Manufacturing Planning Department to ensure all schedules and activities can be met.
• Ensuring completion of maintenance requisitions and purchase orders.
• Organizing and guiding stakeholders with the information to ensure execution of requests.
• Organizing and reviewing quotes for accuracy and provide input where appropriate to solidify work being requested.
• Assisting technicians with ordering equipment and associated parts.
• Identifying, creating, and improving processes and projects.
• Compiling and analyzing operating budgets for maintenance, including forecasting and utilization for reporting; reviewing frequently with management.
• May provide awareness training on CMMS.

What you'll need (Required):
• H.S. Diploma with 4 years of previous related experience required.

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and CMMS required.

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in in related field Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong mathematical skills and demonstrated ability to manage budget.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Full knowledge of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Full knowledge of routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to use discretion and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
• Contacts are across the organization and at all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levels.
• Contacts may include external vendors.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $61,000 - $86,000 (highly experienced).
