Job Summary:

The Office Manager I (OM I) position plays an integral role within the WellStar Health System as they are a leader that integrates patient experience, operational effectiveness, cultural integration, and system outcomes. As a member of the WellStar Medical Group, the OM I is directly responsible for the overall office operations including directing daily clinical and business functions. The OM I will plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day operations of a WellStar Medical Group practice.

OM I is also responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies associated with WellStar Health System and WellStar Medical Group. additionally, the PM will be responsible for practice specific regulations as it applies to their specialty.

Required Minimum Education:

• Associates General (Bachelors degree is Preferred)

Required Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience is Required or

• Completion of Wellstar Administrative Fellowship is Required or

• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in lieu of a degree Required
